Greets,

I received an RPGA number at GenCon after participating in a the DnD Championship event (still have the Reynard character sheet too!). My friends and I have decided to make characters and play at the upcoming DnD Experience in Fort Wayne since we had so much fun. I was unsure on how to gain a password for the RPGA/DCI log in screen, so I tried the 'Newcomers Info' link on the left sidebar, but received multiple page load errors. I e-mailed using the help link on that page to request the info. Should I be going about this any other way? Thanks for any help!

Your best bet, at this time, is to simply contact Customer Service (http://www.wizards.com/customerservice). Let them know what's going on, and see if they can't get you a login/password.

I vaguely remember seeing this in another thread, but I can't seem to find it anymore.
Exactly how much information do you need to include in the email to customer service?

-RPGA card number (obviously)
-Address?
-Name, rank and serial number? :D

One other concern, though - the D&D Experience has little if any content for brand new characters, at least as far as Living Forgotten Realms is concerned.

The other roleplaying events are for pre-generated 15th level 4E characters.

If you want to play LFR there, you'll need to play elsewhere in the meantime between now and the convention to get some characters up to at least 4th level. I didn't see any lower level LFR events listed as running at DDXP.
