| #1wagnertFeb 23, 2010 18:50:11 | What is the status of the current DM Rewards. One of my other DM's recently received a pack of cards in the mail (apparently as a reward) showing the definition of various statuses (e.g. Stunned, Blind, Restrained, Dazed, etc). However, a week and a half later, I have not received this reward and I also DM'ed a similiar number of games over the past few months. I checked my reward status and had over 20 points, but the last mailing sent appeared to be last September. |
| #2kenobi65Feb 23, 2010 21:01:01 | I just got that same reward in the mail today. And, there's nothing in my points record that indicates any recent mailing was sent to me. |
| #3WolfStar76Feb 25, 2010 5:47:28 | DM Reward mailings tend to trickle out of WotC over the course of a month - sometimes up to six weeks. I've been advising people that if, come March, you don't have your rewards mailing, and you believe you qualify for one, that you should contact Customer Service to follow up. |
| #4wagnertMar 11, 2010 11:04:16 | Still no rewards - although I did get a couple copies of those cards in the D&D Encounters package recently. Don't know why those words appear in front of "Still". They don't appear when I edit this post. |
| #5KJordanMar 16, 2010 10:47:26 | Still no rewards - although I did get a couple copies of those cards in the D&D Encounters package recently. The words are a result of "hidden" HTML processing. If you click on the HTML button (Edit HTML source), you can edit them out. Specifically, it apparently is due to your font references. If it sounds like I am speaking gibberish, I wouldn't worry about it. Kerry |
| #6wagnertMar 16, 2010 14:19:33 | Thanks. Apparently I clicked on it when originally composing the message. Following your directions I have fixed the message. I did contact customer service and they responded that they would reship the item to me. |
| #7MindWandererBMar 23, 2010 1:00:57 | I did the same, and actually got my box and cards pretty quickly (about a week). |
| #8wagnertMar 23, 2010 22:19:35 | My cards finally arrived after Customer Service responded. |
| #9jffdouganApr 04, 2010 20:00:34 | There are still the rewards shipment for maintaining contact info, right? If so when will those start to ship? (I run Game Day events for my FLGS, but not much else. Don't have 5 points for this round, but would like to figure out whether to keep my eyes peeled for something.) |
| #10andracozApr 24, 2010 5:11:41 | I have dm'd several adventures and have never recieved any rewards! My brother got a free adventure mod and he didnt dm anything at that point so i'm a little peeved over this so called rewards thing. |
| #11KJordanApr 24, 2010 9:58:06 | I have dm'd several adventures and have never recieved any rewards! My brother got a free adventure mod and he didnt dm anything at that point so i'm a little peeved over this so called rewards thing. As I remember (based on previous readings of the Rewards program), DMs receive one gift (such as the Village of Hommlet module) by updating their contact information at least once a year. Did you sign-in and do this? Any other rewards are sent based on points earned (at least 5) during a quarter (I think). I've started DMing the Encounters program so I should earn my points this year, but I usually only organize Game Days (and at most there have been 3/year). Did you schedule and report your DM events (you should receive 1 point per event)? How many is "several" adventures? Kerry |

I am not sure of your exact situation, but this is normally caused by not being registered for the DM Rewards program. Check your personal information center online and see if 'DM Player Rewards' is listed on the left under different programs you are enrolled. Simply DMing events will not get you any points unless you have signed up for the program. My wife received the same adventure mailing and has never DM'd a game, however updates her personal info all the time for Magic Player Rewards. If you are enrolled, and have updated your information in the past year, I would recommend contacting customer service. |
| #13AlphastreamApr 28, 2010 15:55:14 | There are two sets of rewards. One is for maintaining your address (you must do it once per year to get the reward - Hommlet was the first reward), the other for having judged enough games in a time period (Condition cards/Dark Sun box and ship tiles were the rewards). |

Simply DMing events will not get you any points unless you have signed up for the program. The 'Reward Program' link only goes to the MTG page for player rewards, and there does not appear to be any other means to sign up as a DM for D&D Public Play. I'd very much like to sign up, especially as I've been running D&D Encounters at my LGS every single week, as well as the PHB3 Game Day. So where's the link? |
| #15gc1ceoJun 04, 2010 23:56:04 | I haven't even heard of any new rewards being offered, nor a link to sign people up for the program. |

I still haven't received anything and I finished my 6 points (i.e. I ran and reported 6 sessions) in April. |
| #17kenobi65Jun 08, 2010 20:58:16 | I still haven't received anything and I finished my 6 points (i.e. I ran and reported 6 sessions) in April. I don't believe that there's been a mailing since then. Hitting 6 points doesn't immediately trigger them sending you a reward; you need 6 points within the reporting period (which I think is likely January-June). |
| #18BooneronJun 09, 2010 9:25:29 | I still haven't received anything and I finished my 6 points (i.e. I ran and reported 6 sessions) in April. That's what I suspected, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for the info! |
| #19tnbankerOct 27, 2010 12:52:13 | So are DM Rewards over and done with? With the recent announcement, it looks like the stores will be getting the rewards (and distributing (hopefully) to the DMs). Do I continue to sanction events or let the store do it? I have stores attached to my profile (venues), so do I continue to sanction events? Some store owners are difficult to work with. This should be interesting. |
| #20drorainOct 28, 2010 7:43:44 | It has been about 3 months since the last update, I'm still sanctioning and reporting simply because the games are still tracked. Stores should only be handling rewards for game days and encounters, for RPGA I think that was somehow still seperated. |
