Im sorry in advance if this is the wrong area to post this.
I came up with a game pen,paper,dice,fantasy.
What I wanted to know is, who can I speak to; to see if an official
representative of W.o.t.C. can talk to me about it, with the goal of them
buying it or something along those lines. The game has everything needed to
play except for a "manual of monsters" and a listing of gods to worship.
Thank you for any and all assistance.

You have basicly two options here.

1 (This is your best bet) Self publish.

2 (Not likely) Wait for Wizards to issue another open call for a campaign setting and hope that yours is the best of the 20,000 submissions they get.

Number two is how Eberron came to be.

Thanks for the words, they are not very promisingl but they are
more then likely accurate.
Was kind of hoping they would say something like....
"Hey, why dont you send us a portion of it and if its interesting we will
consider a meeting or something."
But I guess not. See I came up with a game very similiar to dungeons and dragons, however...I came up basically with the 2nd edition before they did (naturally i did not publish it/publicize it etc)
But they left some crucial things out which perhaps would have saved them from making a 3rd and 4th edition.
Im not saying my game is the best thing ever, just saying I think they might find this game particularly enlightening if nothing else. Maybe more along the lines of taking some ideas as opposed to the whole game.
Anyway, one can dream.
Thank you for the response.
