I just thought I would post here, partly because I can't recall if I asked/suggested this before or not, and partly because I just got done with ordering and realized I probably can't do everything I need to ahead of time.

So here is the problem, I am the person responsible for ordering modules for the monthly gamestore meetup gamedays, as well as the tuesday delves, as well as an online game on Thursday nights, as well as my home game on saturday nights. That is four slots, the limit as I understand it. Tossing in the new Worldwide D&D Gamedays and I have even less room for stuff.

The problem I am having is that I want to schedule ahead of time my home games, but when I have the slot filled up with gameday and delves I cannot do this without exceeding four scheduled events.

Should I either (a. setup a new RPGA account for ordering the retail stuff) or (b. suggest that certain level people be permitted to order more stuff). At the moment I tend to float the delves for a month and report them all at once but it has the inherent risk of paper loss... something I don't like at all.

I am open to suggestions as well

Simplest solution, IMO, would be, as long as one of your regular players is Herald level, would be to have one of your home game players do the Sr GM thing for your home game.

He/she can order it and report it for you, and you will still receive full credit for it; and you can offer the player some sort of reward for doing it for you.

I can say that I have has way more then 4 events sanctioned at once. Been close to a dozen several times.
