A Delve is not a type of event, but a type of adventure (a one-shot adventure, of which the RPGA publishes one each month). A Special Event Game Day is, I believe, a particular adventure or series of adventures that are only offered for a single day or weekend, such as the Worldwide D&D Game Days.
