Ok, so I just tried to download my mods for an event that I ordered just before leaving for Gencon. At the time I ordered it was more than 3 weeks to the event, so I could not download them then.

According to the lovely DCI page, I have no ordered events. I have no play history. Other people have mentioned that their history is messed up, but is anyone else missing it entirely?

I am still listed as a master level Gm, and my Xendick characters are still there. Everything else is gone.

Well, I'm going to start with simple things, with apologies if they are things you've already tried. This is quite a different system so I imagine that someone reading this thread might need to try all of these steps, even if you've already done it!

When you click "My Events", make sure you click the "Dungeons and Dragons" icon, then click "Search". When I do that, I get a list of all RPGA events I've been involved with - it might not be 100% accurate, but it is there.

If that doesn't work, there doesn't seem to me to be any reason not to simply re-create the event. There's no lead-time required by the system any longer - you can create an event for today, if you like. Once you've created it, go back to My Events, check D&D is selected, and click "Search", then click the event-code of your new event. Download links should be at the bottom of the page.

You know, I went all over the site once I found a link that actually made it available to log in (initially nothing was comming up and it was all jumbled into the center of the screen) and noticed this same problem. Everything short of the member number and my Herald Level DM card were gone. No previous games, the one I just completed the morning and went to enter, nothing. Just poof. I found no way to fix this issue so I just sent something over to customer service hoping for a fix.

Thanks pedr. I had done that, and it came back with "0 events found." This morning it seems to be there, but with many of the problems others mentioned. Invalid events, strange locations etc. Hopefully everything will be finished transitioning soon. I know everyone was flustered at Gencon with all the changes and database issues.

Sorry, but that doesn't work. I've re-created the same event ten times now. There is no confirmation mail with the sanctioning number and it won't appear in the list under MyEvents.

I did that and most events are gone...more troubling is that origins and DDXP has been "Invalidated".... that means points are lost....

Yes.

Apparently at one point the system was invalidating events where the co-ordinator was also listed as a player (as that is against DCI rules for the card/minis tournaments).

According to Ian, this has been changed. I've asked him whether the change is going to be retrospective. It appears it was happening earlier today - people on the LivingFR Yahoo Group were reporting that events changed to Invalidated as soon as they reported them, which isn't good when there's supposed to be an online tracker! I imagine this is where much of the 'missing' EV that Xen'drik Expeditions players are complaining about has gone!

And, apparently, the database team are working on histories trying to figure everything out.
