The following is an actual quote from a module I just downloaded for LFR:

"The PCs ensure that they only are you not the perpetrators of the crime, but they will devote yourself to finding out who is."

The section is riddled with missing words/letters, changes in tense/subject mid-sentence, whatever concoction of errors constitute the above example, etc. Is there a designated channel for reporting these errors so they can be updated and a corrected pdf uploaded to the database for distribution?

An error or two in the module is easy to overlook as you read. But they are so common in this one as to present a real hindrance to just reading, let alone running.

In case of LFR you should write a mail to the PoC of the region from which the adventure comes. In case of a core, you should write the global administrators. Contact information can be found on the RPGA website. Try not to limit it to spelling errors though, but give constructive critism about the adventure as a whole as well.

Note though that it is unlikely minor mistakes are changed.
