I would also point out that Chris shared info on the summer mailing (for the 5 points) with us: it's a set of ship tiles, enough to make two vessels for ship-to-ship combat, or you could flip one over for an above-/below-decks running combat. Points get totaled out at the end of June, tiles should arrive in early August.

My DDXP RPGA Member Meeting notes are available online here: http://tinyurl.com/c6ra3a In reviewing them I don't see a specific date for the "thanks for being in the program" adventure mailing. The dates for the rewards from running 5+ sessions are Feb and August.

I believe he said the DM Information Update would happen in April with the adventure going out in early May, but I don't have it in my notes either. I do have some fixes and additional info for your notes, if you want them: From the product meeting slides: MM2 Gameday was mentioned as May 23-24, specifically, not just 23rd. DMG2 Gameday was mentioned as September 19th-20th, not the 23rd. June 20th will be Free RPG Day, it will include a tile, a mini, and an Eberron adventure written by Keith Baker.

The advertising materials that arrived for the MM2 Gameday match my notes and promote ONLY the 23rd. It's also a GameDAY - not a gameWEEKEND (ala, LFR's Weekend in the Realms). Likewise with the DMG2. In the RPGA meeting with Chris - there were no slideshows. You may be thinking of one of the R&D meetings.
