#1 sillaric_culdanin Jul 29, 2009 0:00:10	I have been trying in various ways for months now to acquire a DCI number so that I can play in and hopefully soon run sanctioned LFR adventures. Every time I try to access the help section of this site I get a technical error message asking me to close my browser and try again. I can access my account to change settings and access my DDi subscription settings but can't access any of the help functions or access the page that allows you to apply online for a DCI. I have tried accessing the site using IE, Firefox and Safari. Any help is welcome! Thanks in advance!
#2 kinevon Jul 29, 2009 0:59:47	To paraphrase one of Pedr's many responses on this issue: The problem is probably with the way your forums account was migrated to the Wizards unified log-on system, rather than with the link per se. The solution to that problem is to follow the instructions (clear cache and cookies, restart browser) in the first post here: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1133626 and if that does not work, posting in that thread. Customer service people monitor that thread and can fix the problems that some accounts are having.

Hi sillaric_culdanin, I made an adjustment to your account that should allow you to log in at http://accounts.gleemax.com and pass through the "Help System" link to submit your DCI number problem. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you do still have problems, post in this here other fancy thread and let us know and we'll get it fixed for you.
