| #1IchariusSep 28, 2009 10:26:05 | I am DM private Herald and have a couple of old rpga 8 digits card which I handle to 2 players, but they can't find a way to succesful register their new numbers.
I have tried contact WoTC via their help site and after I log in to it the page start to auto refresh and it doesn't take me nowhere.
thanks. |
| #2pedrSep 29, 2009 8:59:02 | Two things: Firstly, the old cards which you are handing out do not work any more. You should throw them away as when the database was merged with the DCI database, un-used membership application forms with numbers shorter than ten digits stopped working. The already-activated short RPGA numbers were transferred across, but the system cannot accept not-yet-activated ones which are shorter than ten-digits. This may cause you problems with reporting the event, so you should contact customer service. The reason you are not able to do that is that a (different) merging of WotC website accounts left a number of accounts with a problem. You can get that problem fixed by posting in the thread linked in my signature - the customer service people watch that thread and sort out the problems of the people posting, so they can then email customer service and get their substantive problem sorted out! I hope that helps! |
