| #3pedrMar 01, 2009 7:22:14 | You do not need to list players when sanctioning an event. Sanctioning an event is telling the RPGA that you plan to run an event according to RPGA rules. RPGA events have 'sessions'. Each session has one GM and 4, 5, or 6 players (no fewer than 4. No more than 6.) Once the event has been held, you tell the system what the adventure was, who the GM was, and who the players were. Sometimes you add other information, for example GP and XP gained if the adventure was part of Living Forgotten Realms. You cannot report a session which had 3 or fewer players as it did not follow the RPGA rules. You can, however, mark that the event did not happen/cancel the event after the date. I hope that helps. |
| #4WolfStar76Mar 01, 2009 7:23:21 | HI RPGA, Incentas has it right. RPGA events require a minimum of 4 players to be a legal event (plus the GM). If you're trying to report an event with only 3, it simply won't work. Also, for future reference, the best way to get in touch with WotC or the RPGA is to use Customer Service (http://www.wizards.com/customerservice). The forums are, at best, used for informational purposes. |
