I emailed dci@wizards.com, and got this in return:

-- EMAIL NOT RECEIVED BY WIZARDS OF THE COAST --

Thank you for contacting the Wizards Play Network.  In order to help you faster AND give you access to information at any time, we have recently installed a new system for managing your questions.  Due to this system upgrade, the email address you tried to contact is no longer available.  Please understand that you will not be receiving an answer to your email.  Your email did NOT reach the Wizards Play Network.  In order to get a response, you need to submit your question via our website Help page at www.wizards.com/customerservice.  We recommend that you bookmark this new site in order to streamline getting help in the future.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.  We look forward to servicing you and hope you find our new system useful!

...and really, I have no problem using an online help system.  I'm in tech support, I understand the frustration of getting questions that are covered by a system.  This question, however, is not covered by the system.

If there's an email address in the FAQ, I'm not finding it.  I searched for "@".

I appreciate any help anyone can provide.  Thanks in advance.

If you go to the customer service system and click the 'Email Us' tab at the top you will be able to send a message. You do have to choose some drop-down options, but there's a DCI/General option I think which should be a general enough catch-all! The system will probably try to auto-match your query to some answers in the system, but you can click the 'Send Email' button at the bottom of that page to actually get your message sent to customer service, who'll pass it on to the relevant WPN/DCI/RPGA people.

If clicking that tab returns an error or fails somehow, consult the thread linked in my signature, which can usually get it sorted out.

People reading this forum can often help with general enquiries too, if you let us know what's up.

Hope that helps!

THAT'S where the "email us" tab is, thanks!

The community's great with answering questions... but this one needs to be handled privately.  Thanks, though!
