#1 bttrthnu Mar 31, 2009 18:44:08	I sanctioned my first home event about an hour ago. It said to expect the email with the sanction number. Well... No emails, and nothing in my events tab. Does the system take some time, is it down, or am I doing something wrong?
#2 pedr Mar 31, 2009 20:59:27	It tends to be instantaneous, unless there's some glitch. If I were in your position, I'd probably try again and see what happens. If it doesn't work a second time, it's probably worth contacting customer services (www.wizards.com/customerservice). Note that you don't need the email, and it's pretty much useless as you don't need the event code for any real purpose any more. But if the event's not showing up in your events listing, there's something wrong somewhere.
#3 festivus Apr 06, 2009 17:41:46	I agee, my sanctioning notices appear within seconds of hitting the submit button. You might want to check that your email address is correct.
