| #1HarliquinnMar 17, 2008 18:30:57 | One of my events from D&D Experience was not recorded correctly. I emailed customer service, who referred me to RPGASanctioning. I sent an email early last week and have not received even an acknowledgement of my email. How long should I wait before escalating the issue? Thanks! |

The form to fill in is in the Personal Details and Memberships area of the RPGA members' area. My experience is that the receipt of appeals is not acknowledged either, and I wouldn't expect a swift response - if it takes more than a month it might be worth a PM to WotC_Tulach to see if he can move the process along. |

The problem with filing an appeal is that the Senior GM is supposed to be the one to file the appeal form - and I don't think Dave wants to get mailbombed with appeal requests. ![]() Based on previous experience, I'm guessing we'll need to raise a minor stink and pester Chris until he can gives us his personal A+ care. Though. . . where he'll get the time is beyond me. WISH for a 26 hour day? |

Requests normally get processed within about 4 weeks of receipt. If you've waited longer than 4 weeks, send me a PM with the details. |
