so I wanted to submit my session... but i have been waiting for my players to be able to get their info and log in...

but I have this one day left, and I need to do it now.

Really uneasy, because nowhere is there any details on the submitting process I was a bit nervoues on making mistakes

and then of course i did it, and trying to fix it, ruined even more...

now i have some odd numbers (missing a digit) with my players names, two names spelled wrong - and my players still can't log in, after i hit submit....

please advice

Have you clicked "Validate all results"?

If you have, only the staff at RPGA HQ can fix any mistakes and to be perfectly honest it'd be best to write that session off and give your players new RPGA numbers though you should probably email rpgasanctioning@wizards.com and explain what has happened. If you explain it in painstaking step by step detail leaving nothing out (even if you think it might be irrelevant) it might help in sorting things out. It might also make it a whole mess - one of the worst things about the design of the system is that Senior GMs cannot correct mistakes they make.

However, names spelled wrongly can be fixed once players can log-in. This can sometimes take a while to get sorted out, can sometimes wait until cards get to WotC, and can sometimes wait until you contact WotC (http://wizards.custhelp.com) and get them to activate the account. The custhelp people might be able to help with all of this, I do not know.

If you have not yet clicked 'Validate all results' we can probably sort it out more easily - if you post more information I'll see what advice I can give!
