I am in a couple of forgotten realms game and I thought it would be cool to run a gnome artificer. The answer can be found in the RPGA Character Creation Guide. Specifically, page 2, right-hand column, last paragraph: Playtest Classes: Occasionally, D&D Insider subscribers to Dragon Magazine may have playable "playtest" classes previewed to them months before they actually see print. These classes are usable when the monthly issue is available, but keep in mind that some features and powers of the class may change when the final version of the class is published. Dragon issue #365 is compiled and complete, so this class is ready to play at GenCon for the LFR premier.
