Dec 04, 2008 7:58:18 I keep getting an error when trying to schedule my January Delves for January 10th:

This event must start on or before 2008-12-31.

But the first time I tried, I accidentally left the date as 2008 instead and I got this error:

This event must start on or after 2008-12-01
This event must be sanctioned at least 0 days ahead of time

So the January Delves must be scheduled to run in December? Heck, I can't get the December Delves to arrive before December starts, how am I going to get the January ones in time. ;)

Dec 04, 2008 16:11:16 I tried yesterday and I didn't have Delve Night as an option.

Dec 04, 2008 17:37:41 It was working today, but I had to use 12/31/08 as the date for my January delve.

Dec 10, 2008 22:38:47 My understanding was that we couldn't order the January Delve until about December 10th or somewhere about that time frame. All Delve requests are being assumed to be for December until that date.

Update: I just tried to order the January Delve and it worked fine for me. I had to schedule it on or after 1 January 2009.

I sanctioned successfully the Delve night last Saturday. I'm trying to sanction another event and this error is blocking me. Has anyone had or having a problem like this?

Dec 19, 2008 13:31:37 They'll likely ask you the contact DCI for sanctioning issues [email]dci@wizards.com[/email] and I would recommend doing so asap as I believe they leave the office Monday until after the new year.
