Does anyone know anything about this? It's on my next convention schedule as a con preview/intro.

What I really want to know is: can we bring our own level 1's to the intro game?

I don't recognize the name at all, and the RPGA only has one Living campaign these days (Living Forgotten Realms).  This strongly suggests to me that it's not an RPGA campaign, but something that a private group has put together.  Probably best to ask whoever's coordinating RPG events for your convention for some contact information for whoever is offering that game.

You may find this thread I created on EN World helpful: Learn about D&D Organized Play Options.

I've done my best to pull information together on all the living campaigns, including Living Divine.

Living Divine is a new campaign. It is semi-official, in that they have approval to exist and publish in a certain way but are not organized by Wizards of the Coast. Ashes of Athas works in the same way.

Living Forgotten Realms continues to be the primary living campaign and the one that has the most guidance and oversight by Wizards of the Coast.

Specific to this question, you can make your own level 1 PCs, though as with other games they can only be created according to the rules of their campaign and must only play in adventures from that campaign (you can't advance your PC through non-campaign play). Living Divine has some different creation rules - do read them carefully before showing up to play.
