In fact, last time I checked (January, I think) the one RPGA event I had participated in (one of the world-wide days in October, I think) had not been reported, and the person who ran the game never responded to my emails.

Hello. I tried to log in but couldn't remember my password (hadn't logged in months). I went through the "forgot your password" process but haven't received anything by email. I think my account may still be associated with my old, now defunt email.

Your best bet would be to contact Customer Service. They'll be able to get you access to your old number (which is prefered over getting a new one and adding more database bloat).
