Just wondering if anyone has gotten their kit yet for the Game Day this month. I have never run one so I wasn't sure when it should arrive, but I would think before too long they should start showing up right with just a couple weeks to go?

The kits tend to arrive about a week prior to the event.

Enjoy it, from the pdfs it looks pretty cool! (plus, they gave me Neogi!)

Why is my stuff always next to last.

Sadness.

I haven't gotten mine yet either. I have to admit, it's a bit of a relief to know that I'm not the only one who hasn't. Hopefully by the end of the week.

I got mine yesterday. Man, I didn't realize there was so much stuff in these. Plus I received the extra membership cards that I ordered; it was somewhat surprising to see the one pad of cards in the same size box that the GD kit was sent in.

I got my kit on Monday! Lots of sweet stuff inside, I cant wait to run this game! It was really sweet that the minis are from the new sets, its like a little preview for all of that stuff too. I'm definitely going to be running the one in Sept. too!

Got mine today.

I don't see why people are complaining about the mini's paint jobs... they are still better than what I do, and considering they are mass produced, that results are pretty good.

I got my advertising kit about 2 weeks ago. I got the actual Game Day kit today. Everything looks good except that there was no encounter map included. The one for the first game day was great. I didn't need a battle map to run it. Unfortunately, there was one one set of maps and 3 sets of adventures so I couldn't run more that one table at a time using the map.

That's strange - there's a map included in each of my adventure packets (I got 3/ box, 2 boxes total). I didn't know that it was included in the booklet until I removed the plastic wrap to inspect the contents.

Good luck!

Thanks. I hadn't bothered to open them yet because I had downloaded the mod as soon as I could to start prepping so I thought I didn't need to yet.

Praise WOTC for including a map in each copy!!!

Are the character sheets in color? If not I want to print my own to bring.

No. And this is one of my major complaints against the printed stuff. If you want color coded cards you will need to print your own.

Are they at least double sided? So 2 pages each except for the Wizard?

They are double-sided and printed on very nice glossy paper. The power cards are printed single sided so you can cut them out. But they are only gray scale.

That and if you read my post talking about alterations to the characters, of course the pre-printed ones will not have those alterations.
