I'm curious when we might expect the module release schedule for the fourth quarter. I'm also curious when we can expect enough 11-14 modules to level a character to 15th. (I've been putting off even playing paragon modules until I see a little more variety.)

Maybe in a couple of weeks for the 4Q release schedule, but with all that is happening at the moment, I won't be surprised if that is towards the end of September instead.
Regarding paragon tier adventures, while I know the approximate answer, unfortunately I am not empowered to give an explicit answer. However at Gencon, Chris Tulach stated that:
Epic level LFR will appear at D&D XP 2011.
If you figure out what was offered in 3Q09 (with the start at Gencon 09), and how many quarters that is until January 2011, you may be able to estimate what the rate and progression for adventures in paragon will be. Unless a certain Global Admin can't do math, there should be enough.
