#1 Aaron_Highcolor Jul 29, 2010 7:52:50	I tried the customer help page, and clicked on the "email us" tab, but got stuck in a redirection loop, and I need to get in contact with them. Anyone have the email address? TIA
#2 pedr Jul 29, 2010 8:19:11	There's a long-running fault in the customer help system which affects some accounts, which then need to be fixed manually. If you follow the instructions in the thread linked in my sig you'll either be able to solve it by clearing cookies, or post there and customer service will fix it for you.

TIA Hi Aaron_Highcolor, I made an adjustment to your account and now you should be able to access wizards.custhelp.com and use the "Email Us" tab to contact Customer Service.  If you still have trouble, post here in this other thread  <--- (clickable link) and we'll get it fixed for you as quickly as possible. You may need to clear your cookies and temporary internet files one more time to see the benefits of the change I made. Sorry for the inconvenience.
