#1 nephylos Aug 11, 2009 10:09:47	I am about to open a new gaming store in my town and have gotten in touch with a gaming organization in my area (thanks to these forums). One of the founders has informed me that in order to hold an official Gameday on 9/19 for the DMG2 release, I need to sign up with the RPGA by the 15th of this month (4 days away). I have tried to call the 800 number provided by my WotC contact and I get a busy signal. I also cannot seem to get the page to load when I attempt to email WotC from the site. I'd like to get the ball rolling with my store and host events here. Can an Admin or anyone help me get this going? I most certainly would appreciate it! Oh, and the "Sanction an Event" link won't load, either! (Is someone trying to tell me something?)
#2 pedr Aug 11, 2009 11:07:16	See the link in my sig to begin the process of getting your access to the customer service system - and associated forms - sorted out. Edit: WotC is currently suffering a power outage, so that might also explain problems in getting in touch with Customer Service, and associated weirdness.
