We have a new gaming store in our area with plenty of space for something like this. I have already talked to the owner and he's given the okay to have a mini-con at his store. I already know how to order mods and sanction mods for our local gaming group. I would like to make this an LFR/RPGA mini-con event. The thing is, I have never done anything like this before, and am totally in the dark about what to do. Who would I need to contact in order to get things like prize support, exclusive mods(if any) and swag for the players and DM's who participate? Is there anything else involved in putting on mini-cons like this I need to know about? Thanks in Advance...
