#1 mms99br Jun 24, 2009 16:00:34	Hi guys, I am a new DM Herald, and some questions pop up from my mind now I downloaded the module I will run on 28-june. Please help me: 1.) New players (the more important !!!!) I already have the players, but I am not sure how to get DCI membership cards (in fact I ask dci@wizards, but I don´t think they will be here on time). Can I get their data from players (adress, name, etc) and put them after ? I don´t know if can I send the information by e-mail to sign up them. Anyway can I run the adventure and do membership after by some other way ? (I think I have one week to report it on site, and I am not sure the cards will be here one week after 28-june) How I report for Non-DCI players ? 2.) My event When I search on Wizards site for events on Brazil, I can´t see any event. Maybe we don´t have so many events here, but at least my event need to be there !!! Can you say why they´re not ? 3.) Venue I already fulfill a Add Venue page, so I think my next event will be done on it. The first one will be run on my home ? It´s because that it´s don´t appear ?

The Event Calendar only shows public (Wizards Play Network) events; private play events don't show up on it. If you set your event up as private play, it wouldn't be on the calendar.
