I recently became a herald-level GM and have set up a date for my first gameday in two weeks, however I seem to be having severe problems understanding anything of the RPGA and DCI websites. Since qualifying for the TO level 1 test, I am supposed to be sent registration cards, however I have the feeling that these cards are only suitable for registration into the DCI, not RPGA as I desire.
Can anyone confirm or deny that the cards that I allegedly am being sent are able to register new players for the RPGA or do I need to go through some other process to acquire the ability to do this?

The cards you'll receive are (supposed to be) RPGA cards (which will double as DCI cards - though DCI cards are **NOT** also RPGA cards).
If you need cards in a hurry, however, you can try contacting customer service at http://custhelp.wizards.com or ask here on the boards, some people have a decent-sized stack of cards they're happy to share.
