#1 Ramlatus Apr 07, 2008 7:51:10	Hello everyone, I will be attending my first con soon and hope to join in some of the RPGA game events. I will be joining at the con, but are there any tips you guys have for my about cons or RPGA event that will help me to enjoy my experience. I am an experienced D&D gamer, but the last place I lived had nothing even close to a con. The nearest ones were more than 4 hours away, if I was lucky. Thank you for your input.
#2 WolfStar76 Apr 07, 2008 12:14:48	If you know what RPGA events are being offered (Living Greyhawk? Xen'Drik Expeditions?) take some time to familiarize yourself with those campaigns and their rules. You won't need to be an expert, but know how the systems are different. Take a fastplay character with you, or take the time to make one in advance (again, stick to the rules for the games you'll be playing - creation rules can be found in the Campaign Standards for each campaign). Relax and have fun. The players and GM are all D&D fans just like you.
