Hey all I just finished running :Many Hands Make Light Work" in the LFR for my group. I went to report the results and two of the option, the Potion w/ Gold and the More gold option were not there. I went ahead and reported but should I allow the wizard who choose the potion and the cleric who chose the extra gold to keep it? Maybe just let the cleric spend that extra gold on consumables so that it doesn't screw up future bundles, or his gold count online?

The Potion Plus Gold option is not required to be offered in every adventure. However, PCs can buy consumables of their level or lower, so if the PC is 5th level, it can buy a potion of healing without needing access from an adventure. The extra gold option should have been there, so that option can be awarded.

The report system is working as intended for this case.

For more gold, just add the value mentioned in the module onto the default gold amount (125 for typical 1-1 series LFR mods). The system usually knows the max for each mod and will warn you if you were to try to award more than the "more gold + standard gold" amount.

For a potion, you would give the regular gold and not select a bundle. Potion is not a bundle option, it is just something the PC would track on their end.

For conventions, it is very helpful for judges NOT to state that a player chose a potion. Just indicate the gold amount (75) and leave the bundle choice blank (or cross it out). Writing something like "P" can end up confusing the reporter for a con (is that a "D", etc.).

If you did not include the more gold amount for players, you should inform them. They can make it up the next time someone reports a mod for them that they select a bundle (take bundle and more gold) or add that amount the next time they buy something (because buying something usually means they get negative gold or a much lower gold amount, thus their DM could add 75g without a problem). Lastly, if that is not convenient, you can file an appeal from within your RPGA sign-on, and let DCI know what changes should be made. This is the official fix, and probably best if you do not regularly play with this group an may not be able to reach the players that took more gold and need the adjustment.
