| #1mystaraNov 12, 2008 10:20:57 | G'day, Is there some way to find out how many reward points I've earned? I'd like to check that my reported events have been correctly reported. |
| #2jeffvNov 12, 2008 10:24:10 | https://webapp.wizards.com/personal.aspx Log in using your RPGA number and password, and click the "My Rewards" link. |
| #3JijiNov 12, 2008 10:46:16 | https://webapp.wizards.com/personal.aspx thats assuming that he went to the RPGA website and signed up for the rewards program first. D&D Rewards page |
| #4mistimpNov 12, 2008 12:50:40 | And if he didn't, then the answer is zero. |
| #5telvin3dNov 12, 2008 13:26:50 | Not quite. The rewards are somewhat retroactive. If they sign up now, recently reported events should give the appropriate reward points. |
| #6mystaraNov 14, 2008 7:57:18 | Ah yes. It turns out that I hadn't signed up to the rewards program. I've done that now, and, as predicted, it's rewarded me for my previous events. Thanks! |
| #7braelunNov 15, 2008 17:50:24 | I got my retroactive points as well. Seems kinda weird that it wouldn't automatically enroll you in the rewards program. If I hadn't read over these posts, I wouldn't have realized I needed to sign up in the first place. |
| #8kithranNov 16, 2008 5:14:09 | I think there are a couple of reasons that people have to specifically sign up for the rewards program. 1. It means there is a better chance there will be a valid address to actually send stuff to. 2. It means they are copmlying with any sort of legislatoin that restricts what uses information can be used for (as anyone who signs up for the reward program has explicity givne permission to receive the reward program materials) Kithran |
| #9monadNov 21, 2008 0:45:40 | And 3. They're not wasting resources sending stuff to people who don't want it. And while I'm at it, 4. They're not annoying people who don't want Wizards sending them stuff by sending them stuff. |
| #10GreysonDec 02, 2008 11:07:08 | Speaking of reward points, I get this list of errors when I click on the MY Rewards link when I log in: Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'ReportReceivedDate', table 'tempdb.dbo.#Participations_____________________________________________________________________________________________________000000000738'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. Error 515 in CalculateRewards: Error filling #Participations Error 515 in GetPersonProgramRewards: Error 515 in CalculateRewards: Error filling #Participations The statement has been terminated. It kinda scares me, as it was working a few weeks ago. Anyone see these errors? Which e-mail address do you guys suggest I use to contact Wizards of the Coast to ask someone to look at it? |
