After doing some research and observing people doing something akin to what I'm looking to do, I think have my facts straight and I'm looking for confirmation.

What I think I'm certain of:
I will be running a LFR campaign (have my Herald card) and will be running it online which appears to be sanctioned under the Character Creation Rules. I understand I must have a minimum of 4 and max of 6 players in an online game run on a VTT.

What I'm fairly certain is true:
I must run my campaign as a home play since there will not be multiple DM's, I will be running only one session per gaming day and it will not be held at a convention (virtual or otherwise). As such, the players will earn 2 points per session (classic adventure). Because this is a homeplay session, I do not believe I can advertise the game on the calendar.

What I'm certain I'm not certain about:
Can I provide RPGA cards to potential new members who play in my game online? Can I advertise the game on these boards if the calendar is not used for homeplay sessions? If an adventure is listed at 2 points - is this earned at the completion of the adventure or at the end of the 4 hour session? Online games tend to take longer so I anticpate an adventure slotted for 4 hrs in rl may take twice as long on-line. When are the 2 points earned?

Once I get these questions out of the way, I will be posting info about the campaign on a Yahoo group and accepting players. The games will be run on either Klooge or FantasyGrounds II -depending on interest.

Anyway, I appreciate anyone having taken the time to get this far into my post and appreciate any useful nuggets of information someone might throw my way!

Alrighty then.

4-6 regardless of venue (online tabletop or otherwise). Regardless, so far so good.

I'm not sure what the point value is for LFR adventures, but with the exception of large cons (IE - GenCon, DDXP) the pints are the same for the module regardless of the "type" of event (home, retail, convention).

Being listed as a home game does mean you won't be listed on the RPGA calendar, however. I understand that you can choose "Game Day" if your venue of choice is open to the public - once could argue that your venue is "The Internet" which is very open to the public, if you don't have a pre-planned list of players.

1) Yes
2) Yes
3) End of the module, regardless of the number of sessions it takes to complete (points are awarded when a module is reported, you don't report until you're done, since you can only report a mod for a character once).
4) When the "Verify Results" button is clicked (for the players that are signed up with RPGA Rewards)

Good luck!
