I have already signed up Heroes & Dragons (Colorado Springs) for the PHB2 Game Day.

Thank you, Ian, for your guidance in getting me to be the point of contact for that store.

My question is this: Can I sign up for two more kits for that store? There are three tables which can be filled - and I have multiple DMs willing to run the table space.

Or is this a one kit per store event? No worries one way, or the other. It would be easier if there were multiple kits...

Good gaming,

The e-mail I got says you can only schedule one event, I'm guessing that's to limit each store to one kit.

It also says to contact dci@wizards.com for more details, that, to me, would be the best place to ask.

(and if you get answers, post back here so we may all learn).

According to the attachment, each kit will contain materials for three tables, so you should be covered.

I understand that the kit comes with supplies to run three tables. I want to run 9 tables.

Half of the players in our monthly LFR game days are folks that came to previous Game Days to learn how to play D&D. I've been focusing on teaching folks how to play D&D at the game days.

If we can't get additonal kits, no problems. The other DMs will bring their own materials to run things...

Are you talking about running 9 tables at once? Or 9 tables over the weekend? If its over the weekend then just dont give away the minis to the players. If its 9 at once then yes you will need to contact customer service to see if they can provide you with more supplies.
