How do you put in the players names who are showing up for an event, before you report it?

On the RPGA reporting site?

You'd have to have their RPGA number and "save" the event after you enter each player's number.

Unless you're running a fairly large event, I don't know that you'll save yourself any time by front-loading those numbers. For that matter, I don't know if the reporting option for you to enter player numbers even allows you to enter players until the day of the event.
