Problems with RPGA/DCI Site - Can Anyone Help?

So, I'll just preface this by saying that I've always found the RPGA site hard to navigate.  Maybe it's just me, but I find the site confusing.  That being said, any advice would be better received if you explained it to me like I'm a 60 year old man who is afraid of the internet and doesn't really know much about it.  That way, I'm sure to understand it.

My first question is that I don't know if I am signed up for the DM rewards.  On my personal page, the memberships it lists are: D&D - Rewards Program, D&D Private - GM (Herald), D&D WPN - Player, and D&D WPN - Rewards Program.  My confussion comes from the fact that none of them are explicitly labled as "DM Rewards".  I did receive the annual mailing last year, so that imply that I am in the DM rewards program, but I just wanted to see if anyone knows whether or not I am for sure.  Since I started regularly DMing at a local game store I'd like to make sure so I know I'm receiving my points.

My second question: does anyone have any problems testing to become a Master DM?  I tried taking the test, but the only one it lists as available is the one for Herald level.  I already took that test about a year ago (and the guidelines state that you have to be a Herald longer than 3 months before you test to be a Master) and my Herald statis hasn't expired yet.  I want to know whether or not anyone has this problem or if they know anything else about it before I go bugging the WotC staff about it.

Thanks in advance for the help.

There are no longer any tests involved in DMing in the RPGA.

Posts a while back suggested the test is no longer needed.

Regarding the DM rewards, you can log into your site (you will be taken to a purple/blue intermediate screen), then click on the Personal Information Center link (you are now in the sanctioning/reporting white area), and off to the left you should see if you are signed up for rewards.

Now, it isn't clear to me how you currently sign up. I don't see a link for it. It may be automatic if you sign up as a Herald DM, which conflicts with both the DM rewards page and the previous info. Or, maybe it requires signing up for WPN. Good luck! Somehow I did it some long time ago. Think of it as a grand adventure...

You sign up for D&D Rewards here: membership.wizards.com/signup/signup.asp...

It may give info about Magic or the old reward-card focused programme but you can safely ignore that. That's the page you need to use to get to the form to fill in to get signed up for D&D rewards. If you can't see D&D Rewards on that page, I think that means you're already signed up.

I think the reason it needs separate sign-up is simple: you can do most of the other things you need the RPGA for without telling them where you live, and without that they can't send you the rewards!
