If one of my players already played LFR:CORE1-1, can he play it again with the same character?

Another thing: I told my players that I'll be running a sanctioned event a week before so that they can invite more players. During the event, I found out that only two (of the eight) players have a DCI number!

I know I'm supposed to email their personal info to the customer service, but which topic do I choose for that? o_0;

Also, I read somewhere in the forums that I can order membership cards before an event. Who do I contact for these?

sorry for teh newb questions, but we've all got to start somewhere right?

No. He can play it again, but he'd have to do so with a different character.

There is a event in event sanctioning under WPN Play Materials to get more cards I believe, I think thats preferred method for doing it. Otherwise email dci@wizards.com and request more cards. They usually send in packs of 25 so they'll probably be enough for a while for you. At this point I get replenished just from the ones I get with game days and such.

dci@wizards.com is no longer active.

To contact customer services - who can contact the DCI/RPGA staff for you - use the 'Email Us' tab at www.wizards.com/customerservice

Unfortunately, when I try to follow the 'Email Us' link, I get the following error:
A technical error has occurred. Please close your browser and try again.

Tried from several browsers. Does anybody know whether the support system is up right now? (Hoping to be able to get a set of cards for players before June 7)

Thanks!

It takes 2-3 weeks I think to get a set of cards, in theory you could run the game and hand out cards when you get them then report it after that point assuming it isn't too long before you get your cards. If you lived near me, I'd be happy to give ya some *grins*.

@kenobi

thanks

@thread

It takes a few weeks before US Mail gets here (I live from the Philippines, GMT+8).. which means I can't report the event until it arrives does reporting events have a deadline/time limit?

@kmack

it works just fine from here. using g.chrome.2

@another question

about LFR regions, can we play in other regions or are we restricted in Dragon Coast & Core adventures only?

Hmmm. Still getting the error, running Chrome 2.0.172.28, with a clean cache, and on Firefox 3.0.10, clear cache. I'm able to get to the Update user information page , but following the Wizards help system link takes me to the error page at https://accounts.gleemax.com/UserRegistration/MessageForm.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/Help/RightNow.aspx. Don't know.

I'll poke around and see if there's a thread for website issues - don't want to hijack this thread with a browser problem. Thanks anyway!

There is a known issue in some users' wizards.com accounts which prevents them accessing the 'Email Us' tab. Customer Service reps are watching this thread: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1133626 and dealing with people's problems if posted there. Hope they can sort it out for you!

If you are in the Philippines, try contacting this person: sinclair.yuen@wizards.com (see http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dci/sanction/tocontact for RPGA/DCI/WPN contacts outside the americas.)

There are no geographically-based restrictions on which LFR adventures you can play.

I ordered cards a couple of weeks ago through my DCI account. Just click event sanctioning, then choose Wizard Plays Network materials. Choose "Membership Card Request" from the drop down menu (it's the only choice, at least for me it was) and just follow along.

Mine arrived at my house in Kentucky via FedEx in four working days.

You can play adventures from any region. Regions are just organizational now and have no bearing on adventure play.

Thanks for that tip Christopher!
Other forum posts had indicated that we had to order cards through the customer service Email Us link - I completely missed the materials link, but it seems to have worked when I tried it.
