Questions of starting a new RPGA private event

Jan 25, 2010 12:52:46 I got my RPGA number from playing at the PHBII game day and just passed the herald GM test. I would like to host my own private RPGA event from some people. Do those people need to already be RPGA members or is there some way that I can add new people to the RPGA?

Jan 25, 2010 18:49:14 Not in advance. Ask for some DCI/D&D Organized Play cards with the scratch and sniff code. They can be entered digitally. You can actually always add a new player with a valid number in the reporting process.
