#2 jfslicer Oct 21, 2010 2:06:12	It seems there is a misunderstanding with what changed with last weeks policy notice. The levels went to the stores at the beginning of summer.  The major change now is that you can't run Premier type events outside of being associated with a store.  If you would like more information on exactly how this impacts independent TOs I suggest reading this thread. Honestly, the change doesn't affect D&D too much other than you can't run Game Days and Encounters without associating with a store now.  Most of the impact with this change affects Magic Organizers.   In your case, your TO level will remain the same.  Additionally, you will still be able to run Encounters and Game Days in conjunction with your local store.  It seems like there will be little to no impact for you directly.  The people that got hurt by this change are the independent TOs that do not associate with any retail locations.
