Replacement cards?

My girlfriend and I played our first LFR game in early September and the store didn't have cards so we gave our information.  I was able to get our numbers and my password but we haven't had the time to go back to the store to pick up the physical cards, and at this point I'm not sure if they kept it or not.  In the meantime I've done the Herald GM test, but my girlfriend hasn't been able to access the webpage since she doesn't have the scratch-off passcode due to not having the physical card.  So we both really need to have new physical cards (her so she has one to begin with, and mine so it's a Herald GM card)

I didn't see any way to get a replacement card issued from the RPGA main site after I logged in... is there any way to do this?  Or since the cards really have no purpose other than giving you an RPGA number, is there no way to get a replacement?  If so, then how does my girlfriend access the site without the card to scratch off so she can get the access code?

If you can figure out how to get in touch with Customer Support (I don't remember the procedure - it is complicated and changes all the time), they can help you.  The difficult part is getting in touch; once that is done it's an easy fix.

when you are signed in to the rpga site there is a link at the top to a membership card pdf you can print out.

Go to membership.wizards.com/login.aspx

sign in and go to personal information center.  Your card at the top of the displayed page has a little printer looking icon there that you can click to get it as a pdf and print it out.  If you have taken the herald test or are signed up for rewards you can click the card link on that page to get a more colorful version of your card as well.

I lost my original card long ago and just printed those out on some cardstock and cut it out.
