| #1kitrackApr 17, 2009 12:19:04 | I'm reporting events for my local LFR group's weekly gameday. However, it seems that after I report the events, they sit in the Received state and don't leave. I've been trying to figure out how to address this so that the DMs get their credit and characters get updated, but I've had no luck so far. I've tried emailing dci@wizards.com and wpn@wizards.com, but both kicked back automated emails saying basically, "This email doesn't exist anymore. Check the Customer Service website". I have never had an event appeal (of which I've filed several over the last two years) result in any progress, or any indication that the appeal would ever be looked at. The Customer Service website does not have the answer (that I could find) and the Email Us tab is broken. Are there any suggestions on where to go now? I have never had a problem, but I've heard that there are a range of cookie and server-setting related issues which can arise. You may be able to get in touch by using a different browser or (if all else fails!) a different PC or different Wizards website account. However having looked at the events I've played in, it seems that the two events reported on the WPN side of things are showing 'Received' rather than 'Processed' - I've not yet reported a WPN event since the split. So this is probably another issue in the difficulty of separating the two event types. |

| #5kitrackApr 18, 2009 8:55:15 | My hope is that, having learned of the weird LFR character split, the DB admins suspended the processing of events until they have that issue resolved. Then, when things are good, everything should go through. I'd like to hear that officially, though. |
| #6nicodemus_dupApr 18, 2009 14:29:09 | I just tried to report a D&D WPN event (LFR session) that is located in the D&D Wizard's Play Network list. But after reporting I got the following e-mailThe DCI was unable to process the results of the following event: What do I do ??? |
| #7telvin3dApr 18, 2009 14:36:03 | The system is borked. At this point, I'd just save all reporting until they have done a second overhaul and we get the all clear. |
| #8nicodemus_dupApr 18, 2009 14:38:04 | when you save it, there's no longer a deadline for reporting ? |
| #9pedrApr 18, 2009 14:38:40 | What do I do ??? Did you create this event before the split in the system? I would contact customer service (www.wizards.com/customerservice). Edit: By rule, events must be reported within eight days. Until recently, the system wasn't enforcing this for D&D events. What happens now, I don't know! |
| #10nicodemus_dupApr 18, 2009 14:42:04 | that's possible. I don't remember. |
| #11Fundin_StrongarmApr 19, 2009 10:08:24 | I'm hesitating reporting a couple sessions since the player's character information is all in the Private Play section so they all come up "0 - New character" when I try to report a WPN game. I'm guessing if I do report, they'll go into this "Receiving" state. Ugh, what a mess. |

But after reporting I got the following e-mail Convention is no longer an option in the new system so you apparently ordered it prior to the split. Try reordering the event in the new system. |
| #13Lord_DarquainApr 21, 2009 15:50:38 | I'm attempting to report a LFR Gameday we held at the flgs. I sanctioned it as D&D WPN public events and during reporting, the players' LFR characters are not showing up in the dropdown. the only thing listed for newbies and veterens alike is "0 - New Character". |
| #14WolfStar76Apr 21, 2009 15:54:12 | This is a known issue for everyone right now. |
| #15Lord_DarquainApr 21, 2009 15:55:36 | Should I just not submit until they fix things? I have a large con coming up . . . |
| #16WolfStar76Apr 21, 2009 17:05:02 | I don't have a definitive answer on that right now - but hopefully answers will be forthcoming soon. |
| #17Fundin_StrongarmApr 21, 2009 19:15:11 | Here's the answer I received on the issue:Yes we are aware that the Character Tracker has been affected. |
