| #1kauuDec 09, 2008 15:16:54 | As a new RPGA member myself, I sanctioned several sessions over the weeks preceeding Thanksgiving for my home game with players who had never done an RPGA event before and they all went off wonderfully. The problem came when reporting all the sessions. For some reason, each of the sessions reported as a new "default character" for each of my players. Is there some way to get these combined? I sent in an appeal on the DCI site but haven't heard anything back and my players still have not seen any corrections. Any advice would be appreciated. |

If nothing has changed, your best bet would be to simply file a second appeal. As an alternate, you might also try contacting Customer Service, but I'd imagine they'll just direct you back to filing an appeal. |
