| #1abbarachSep 07, 2008 20:35:47 | I've been running LG and now LFR events locally since about Feb/March. When I started, I had an older RPGA number, as did one of my players. My other four players received new, 10 digit RPGA cards/numbers. This is the first time I've reported since the database merge. I can log in and register myself as the DM, and my other player who has an old 6 digit card (once we converted it to 9). However, whenever I add any of my newer players, the system doesn't recognize them and asks me to provide names for them. These folks have been active for about 6 months at this point, and this is the first time I've had reporting issues with them. Has anyone else seen anything like this, or have any advice (other than reporting it to dci@wizards?) TIA, Scott |

I have the same issue with players who haven't put their info into the database, but when they've already entered it it doesn't ask for it. I would suggest you get them to do so anyway if only to sign up for the player rewards program, really, and then see if that solves the problem. |

He logged in, and even registered his character, while I was on the phone with him. It STILL lists him as a new player. He even checked, and he does have his play history and reward points! I have absolutely no idea what's going on! |
