| #1kuthetachiSep 04, 2009 16:49:31 | I got some new players involved last Saturday for a sanctioned game, however, they did not complete the module. I am supposed to answer questions at the end of the report, and want to make sure the event does not become delinquent, but we only run the group every other week. Should/can I report the players leaving the questions blank and resanction another event with the same module or what should I end up doing? |

On Friday, I reported an adventure that was ordered in March. I still have an event from May that has not been reported (need to get RPGA numbers of the playtesters of an adventure). I got an e-mail today from WPN asserting that my delinquency is 0%. I'd just report it when you get around to finishing the adventure. |

That said - I'd still go with Keith's solution in the long run. Simply because if people get too into the habit of leaving events open "forever" eventually those events will be forgotten for reporting at all, and I suspect those open connections and listing in the databse annoy the DBAs. |

As mentioned, RPGA event delinquency does not appear to be tracked at the moment, but if/once it is it could affect people's ability to earn/retain 'Core' status. Having said that I don't know if anyone's managed to earn that status just through running RPGA events yet. |

I can personally attest that this is possible and has happened. Of course, a few weeks later I got my DCI judge certification, which comes with automatic Core status, so it felt a bit anti-climactic. |
