| #1BoscosMay 11, 2009 21:33:42 | Hi, I ran the Players Handbook 2 D&D Game Day at the store I work for, BOSCO'S. When I got the PH2 Game Day kit I didn't see anything in it saying that I needed to get DCI numbers for all the players, so I didn't. Now the sytem is telling me my event reporting is delinquent. I don't want to report the event as 'did not occur' because it did occur. I do have DCI number for some (seven or eight out of about eighteen) players. Should I just report the event as if those were the only players? I have the DCI numbers for myself and the other two judges, of course. I don't even have names and phone numbers for all the players so I can't contact them, ask if they have DCI numbers and assign numbers to those that don't. The instruction sheet for the event didn't say anything about this, and I thought that it wasn't required. I don't remember it being required in previous years and it honestly didn't occur to me that it was. I notice that the download kit for the upcoming MM2 D&D Game Day does have instructions for Event Reporting, unlike the PH2 one, so maybe I wasn't the only person to make this error. Suggestions? |
