Rewards Cards......Please Help!!!!

Dec 22, 2008 14:07:15 I would like to know who I can contact about about getting my rewards cards. I've tried finding an e-mail address. I tried calling, but the computer message said the customer service was closed. I've gone into my rewards account and updated my address info only to return later and find it deleted somehow. I've updated it several times since June, since 4e came out. Now the rewards cards are arriving in the mail for members of my LFR group and I'm worried I won't get my cards at all. I have racked up over 200 player points and over 30 DM points.

I need to know whom I need to contact about getting my account straighten out and can assure me I will get my rewards cards.

I am at my wits end. I am not computer savvy and I find the WotC site a bit daunting.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Looks like there have been delays with respect to RPGA/DCI rewards programs.

Did you get an email after updating? Check that email, it's what's important. If you are as paranoid as me, print it off and use it as a mailing lable to send a fake letter to yourself.
