Here's my problem. I signed up for RPGA several years ago, and this year I volunteered to help run a game at my flgs, because of a shortage of people.
They registered me into the system, and because of this, I am in the DM rewards program. (recently received Hommleett)

Recently they asked to me to tale the herald test, so I could run some games for them in June, and I agreed. However, when I tried to login into DCI, my number isn't recognised. (there is a possibility that I did it wrong.) on top of that, I don't have a password, and cannot get one due to the problem with my number.

can anyone help me?

First, your number has probably changed.

All previous numbers have been converted to a nine digit number. Take your existing number and add a 1 to the front, plus enough zeroes to pad the number out to nine digits. For example, 123456 becomes 100123456. 7890 becomes 100007890. And so on.

(This info is actually given to you if you click the RPGA Member link below where you enter your number)

Then, assuming you had an e-mail in the system that is still valid, you can use the Lost Password link to retrieve your password.

If that does not work, you'll have to contact customer service.

Well, I tried the new way of entering the number, and still no dice. I sent off an email in hopes of getting some assistance sometime this week.

Have you ever signed into the DCI/RPGA site before?

not really. I used to get Polyhedron emails, and as I mentioned, my flgs entered my number at Gameday #1 this year.

Did they issue you a DCI number and give you the card as well?

If they gave you a DCI card there is a silver sticker to peel off that has a registration number under it. You need that number to log into the DCI/RPGA webpage.

If you had never signed in previously then sending the email to customer service is all you can do at this point.

Your only other option is to go and get a DCI card and sign in using it. You could get signed in within 10 or 15 mins or a much shorter amount of time.
