For example, if I run H1 over the course of 12 hours, and I break it up into three separate sessions run on different days, do I report it as three tables or as one? |

Heathen, the dungeon adventure from last month, was RPGA legal but reported as only one session. Eyes of the Lich Queen, an Eberron 3.5 adventure, was adapted for use in the Xen'drik Expeditions campaign and was broken down in 4 parts all of which lasted at least 2 sessions of 4 hours. Of course you can always report your other sessions as a normal Homegame. |

However, the rule of thumb is that you report an RPGA event once - at it's completion. Eyes of the Lich Queen was split into 4 separate orderable RPGA events. As you completed each segment you'd report it. If you were to sanction Keep on the Shadowfell you'd see that it's only one orderable event, so you would report it when you've completed the entire module. Hope that helps. |
