#1 punketah Jun 22, 2010 18:24:46	So the day started brilliantly with news that the Tomb of Horrors was the next dm reward. But this glorious news quickly turned to dust in my mouth and from there tried to choke me to death with bad news.  How can such an awesome thing aws Tomb of Horrors make my day bad?  Well it was a series of three blows that almost did me in: The first blow was slow coming.  It meant I would never get my hands on Hommlet.  I cut my dm-ing teeth on Hommlet 25 hrs ago, never having the 4e version is seriously sad, but I held out wild hope.  I noticed a few months ago an error in my shiping address informtaion, and promptly changed it.  Today I emailed Wizards customer support to ask them if possibly (fingers crossed) they had shipped me previously Village of Hommlet, but it went to the wrong address. I must commend WotC on their prompt service - within a few hours I was struck with blow number two.  WCS informed me that I wasnt signed up for DM rewards!  Now, I have dm-ed two seasons of Encounters and  Free RPG day, I got my DCI number a year ago, and I update my info like a madman (prolly the reason for the mistake) but apparently I never knew about the page to actually sign up for the rewards.  This was a staggering blow. Goodbye Hommlet. The final blow was really more like a soft kick in the ribs whilst I lay there weeping.  I simply was tha knowledge that I can expect to wait at least until the next mailing to receive anything, so much for that.  And who knows, maybe Tomb of Horrors will stop shipping and I will mis out on even that! Unfortunately there is not a way to have the points back dated. I'm very sorry about the mix up. -WCS O fates, why do you torture me so? I know, lame whining, but I am bummed and have no one to blame but myself.  This blows.
#2 Wavester Jun 23, 2010 6:44:03	You should show up at the D&D Dungeon Delve at Gencon in August. I've heard there will be some pretty awesome things there this year.
