#1 Vengeful_Deity Jul 09, 2009 19:01:23	Hi peeps, I wanted to become an RPGA member with the intent of sanctioning games in my home town. Unfortunately there are no events near where I live to get a card from. I tried the e-mail address in the FAQ sticky and recieved an automated "This e-mail doesn't work use the custserv site". The Costumer Service site keeps telling me that there was a technical issue when I click the link to send them my mailing address. Any suggestions?
#2 pedr Jul 09, 2009 19:11:47	The technical issue is almost certainly the one which is being sorted out/solved for people in this thread: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1133626 I believe that when WotC merged their website accounts a while back there was some data corruption. Customer Service reps are monitoring that thread to help those who were affected. Once you can access the 'Email Us' tab, you can choose appropriate choices from the drop-down boxes to arrive at a form to request RPGA/DCI membership, and should receive a response in no more than a few days.
