Hello all.

This one is a pain in the butt, but how does one log in without having entered an email address? My wife has an RPGA/DCI number, and I've logged her in previously. This evening, in an attempt to record her character on the tracker, we've been unable to get her online. Aside from going through the potential pain of contacting CustServ, and possibly having to verify who she is and who I am, is there any way we can get her logged on.

Thanks

If you don't know the password on the account and the account doesn't have an associated e-mail address, Customer Service is going to be your only avenue.

For what it's worth, I too, fear most Customer Service interactions (runarounds, script readers, long delays, questions that get lost in the mire. . . ) - Wizards system seems to be pretty efficient and helpful, however.

At least in my experiences. YMMV.
