Nov 19, 2008 18:26:59 I've been trying to get logged into the RPGA webpage so that I could both check on my account and test to become a Judge. It seems like about half the webpages I try to click are deadlinks, particulary the member login page: https://membership.wizards.com/login.aspx?dcionly=true&ReturnURL=https%3a%2f%2fwebapp.wizards.com%2flogin.aspx%3ftarget%3dpersonal&token=231ad1fc-ad1a-4c43-9a27-6ecf6f7e6c6a as well as the judge test page, judge.wizards.com.

Is this a system outage, or are there some up to date instructions I can use to get to my account?

The Member Login page linked in the sidebar here in the forums hasn't worked in a couple months. I'll re-ping the powers that be about it tomorrow.

And, yet again, I had to get my password reset before I could login. Somewhat irritating, IMO.

Once I reset my password, I had no trouble logging in, other than the ugly temporary password... Fortunately, cut-and-paste worked, so I was able to log in fairly easily and change my password to something I can type more readily...

Nov 20, 2008 7:02:17 I've tried doing the automatic reset, and I've tried using the default password. I got this card at GenCon this year, so I tried both defaults. Any suggestions?

Are you having an issue logging into an account for which you previously could log in? Or is this a new account for which you have not yet been able to log in?

I suspect it is the second case. Until they process the RPGA memberships cards (with your name, address, etc...) for the RPGA Cards given out at Gen Con, you cannot log in. However if you send an email or two to customer service they may activate your account and send you a password for logging in before then. This worked for me. If they do, you'll have to update your account info on your own after logging in. Plus, if you want to join the rewards program, you have to do that as a separate action using the link to the left of the RPGA message boards.

If you are have been able to log in previously, I've noticed a lot of problems just getting to the login page lately. Sometimes the browser just sits and spins. Sometimes I get to the DCI login page. Sometimes I get to the combined RPGA/DCI login page. I also had problems logging in once or twice, but came back later and logged in fine. So it's been a little wonky.
