Update my DCI profile

How long does it take to get your profile updated?

I no longer play with my hebrew name (Akiva) and I have been trying to get my profile updated with my "real" name Sheldon.  I have updated using the DCI login screen several times over the last week without any success.

Apr 20, 2010 17:13:38 		I haven't tried changing my name using the details update screen. 

I suggest you contact WotC at www.wizards.com/customerservice and ask them to make the change manually.
